(All odds US)
Race replays for yesterday’s races from Delaware Park can be found here:
Race 1: 3rd@ 0.80/1
Race 2: 3rd@ 3.20/1
Race 5: 1st@ 8.70/1 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Our week began with Kisses for Hannah breaking slowly and rallying mildly for the show dough. In Race 2, Tyler Time led and battled til the top of the stretch before succumbing and fading to third. In Race 5, Practically There was under a hammerlock riding the rails and finally extricated herself in time to draw away for the win in the stretch at nearly 9/1 odds.
We look to extend our win streak so as we move back to Belmont for Thursday’s races. We’re expecting warm and sunny conditions with a fast main track and a firm turf course. Let’s get to work!
Thursday at Belmont Park:
Race 9: Jazz Time Girl - 1 pt win (US Morning Line Odds: 6/1)
Maiden claimers sprint 7 furlongs to close out our Thursday action. There are a few in here that can probably win but I leaned in the direction of Jazz Time Girl who returns today off an April layoff for trainer Mike Maker. Prior to that start, this runner had raced well enough to be favored in two of her four starts and today she may get overlooked. She’s got some snappy workouts while shipping from Keeneland and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was ready to go today with her first drop into maiden claiming company.
Best of luck to everyone playing Thursday’s races from Belmont Park!
