In Race 1, Recognize defeated 6 rivals on debut but couldn’t handle our winner, Song Parody. In Race 3, Lakota Spirit was sent to battle Breeze Easy for the lead and faded in the drive. In Race 5, Fingal’s Cave, our BEST BET, DOMINATED an overmatched field of allowance runners. Stakes races are in that one’s future. Speaking of Stakes races, we finished the day with the Mother Goose where our selection was Gerrymander who went to the lead before being passed by the heavy favorite - Juju’s Map. She raced very professionally once again taking the lead turning for home before drawing away for the win.

We’re on a two race win streak to close out the week at Belmont Park where we expect fast and firm conditions once again. I like one horse (mare) on today’s card.

Sunday at Belmont Park:

Race 8: Bank Sting - 2 pts win - BEST BET (US Morning Line Odds: 2/1)

Today’s feature race is the Dancin’ Renee at 6 furlongs on the main track. Bank Sting has my favorite kind of running line. She has a class advantage based on her speed figures and she’s also got a pace advantage as nine of the other ten runners in the field do their best running on or near the lead. Add on top rider Joel Rosario and you’ve got a formidable looking BEST BET prospect.
