Friday at Saratoga: Mike Dennis picks the late Pick 6, which has a huge Thursday carryover

Many hundreds of thousands of dollars could be won with a Friday Pick 6 win.

A two day, pick 6 carryover will be the morning coffee talk around Saratoga on Friday. After a crazy Wednesday where winners paid $6.80 (Key Point), $24.80 (Dufresne), $79.00 (Take it Off), $10.20 (Letmeno), $36.40 (Itsakeyper) and $7.90 (Amano).

The main chatter online and on TV from Thursday's action was a speed bias. When multiple sources who are respected agree on such a thing I may buy in. On another note though in preparation for the pick 6 Friday take note winning horses which raced Thursday and what his or her TimeForm US Early number is. Simple stuff to consider, no reason to leave a high TFE # out tomorrow, especially if the number is top spot with the next coming much lower. = get lose, set manageable splits.

Mainly because I liked how the ride on Light in the Sky changed tactically. I understand the short field but the move to lead firing out won race the easily, when other entrants may have been expected to do so. It would have been more cool if my coin was on the $20 winner.
