Friday’s Recap from Gulfstream Park:
Race 6: 1st@ 3/5 (US) 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Race 9: 1st@ 3/5 (US) (BEST BET)🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Happy Saturday to our ever-growing family of BettingGods members. We had a nice Friday with both our selections coming through. It was a shame we didn’t get the 7/5 and 5/2 morning line odds in the States but both Pillar Mountain and Miss Lamarr won off well and I’ve already heard from a few members who informed me they got better odds on the Euro books so that made me happy.
We are just one week away from the Kentucky Derby. It’s one of the most prestigious races in the world and a race I’ve had some success with over the past few years. In 2019, we correctly predicted the trifecta (top three runners) in a blog that was published on the BettingGods website and it paid in excess of $20,000. We hope for similar fortunes next week. For anyone interested, here’s a bit about the big race: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kentucky_Derby
In the meantime, we look to continue our winning ways at Gulfstream Park. Here are our selections.
Saturday Picks
Gulfstream Park:
Race 4: All Power - 1 pt win
Trainer Terri Pompay is currently winning at a 75% rate with 3 of her first 4 starters winning. This runner worked with a filly named Sprout Wings who, while being Pompay’s only non-winner of the meet so far, put up a speed figure in that losing effort that would blitz these. This runner is a half to Sweet Seventeen who was stakes placed earlier in the decade and Pompay wins at a 22% rate with this ownership group.
Race 6: Weight of Glory - 1 pt win
Maiden claimers line up here and our two morning line favorites have never raced on dirt. That’s right, they’re favored on a surface they’ve never raced on. Weight of Glory owns the field’s top three speed figures on the main track. This race looks as simple as choosing the proven commodity over the surfaces his 6-1 odds just happen to be a nice perk.

Race 7: Cpower - 1 pt win
Maiden special weight runners do battle here and trainer Murat Sancal trains our selection - Cpower. Cpower showed good speed in his main track debut but appears better bred for turf. This barn tends to start horses sprinting on dirt and then sends them long in hopes of stealing a race on the front end. They did just that for us last May with Atakan at 53-1 odds and we hope for another longshot. This runner owns the speed nearest the rail and should handle the surface switch. This one’s dam and one sibling didn’t race well at all on dirt but excelled on turf. Looking for the same here.
Best of luck 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀to all our members playing Saturday’s races !!
