#2 Smokin’ Princess (5/2) has best overall speed and class and a race over the track seven days ago. She went off as the 3:1 favorite and cranked it up late; over five furlongs not being her distance. She is a re-claim for Patricia Farro and there was a time earlier this year where she was claimed four races in a row. Farro is 20% with horses running back after <seven days and Mychel Sanchez in the irons for the second time. She’ll be tough to beat here and yes, a short price.

#1 Ask Siri (4/1) co-best last and second best overall speed and class, she has just broken her maiden after 8 unsuccessful tries and is moving up in class. Trainer Herold Whylie 25% with horses off 2-6 months, 30% of late and she’s had three freshenings since her last.

The one I am going to bet on is #7 Don’ttouchmystuff (9/2) for this simple reason – the second and third place finishers from her last both came back to improve by an average of 30%. That type of improvement from this filly will be enough to win.
