1:49est Race 2

$50K Starter Allowance for 3yo’s+ going 6 furlongs on dirt

#2 – Coolboy (15/1) trainer Dharmindra Dharmjit appears to have picked up this Street Sense colt in late summer and he has deftly kept him in the MSW class and nailed a nice V last out finally breaking his maiden. He actually is taking a minute class drop in terms of money and I have an affinity to betting horses right after they broke their maiden – as long as they return within two weeks or so. Trainer stats – class up 22%, last 30 days 17%, won last 50%, with jockey Joey Martinez 14%. Martinez 17% wins the past 10 days. He’s the speed in this race, so betting on Martinez getting a good jump, controlling the pace and leaving something in the end to keep Wicked Trick at bay.

Bets - $10/w $20p #2

2:57est Race 4

$14K Claimers 3yo+ going 6.5 furlongs on the dirt

#5 – Autostrade (8/1) comes in with one of the best last Equibase numbers, the best class numbers and nearly the best speed. Jockey Carmouche 20% wins on dirt and trainer Quick 20% wins the past 30 days. Giant’s Causeway gelding has two freshening’s since last out in the Saratoga slop and will be a late flyer in the stretch

Bets - $10/w $20/p #5

4:05est Race 6

$35K Starter Allowance for 3yo+ fillies and mares going 7 furlongs on the dirt.

#6 – Breaking Bread (7/2) broke badly in a G2 stakes this summer past, then ran up to get into contention and eventually tired subsequently giving way to leading filly Midnight Bisou. Has raced two stakes races since and now drops into a Starter Allowance. Move to new trainer and switch to Manny Franco both positive signs to get this classy mare on track.

Bets - $10w $20/p #6

4:40est Race 7

$77K Allowance for 3yo+ fillies and mares going 6 furlongs on dirt

#1 – Break Curfew (2/1) one of two Steve Asmussen entries, this filly was claimed from the Chad Brown barn in mid-August at Saratoga and two weeks later entered the G2 Prioress Stakes where she turned in a respectable 4th. Since that stakes, the top three entrants have not raced, and this will be a solid litmus test as she drops to allowance company. Five solid works since and team Asmussen/Franco clicking at 32% wins this meet.

Bets - $30/w $40/p
