The September dates are two of only six gigs the band has booked this fall outside of Las Vegas. Will also be appearing at Sands Bethlehem.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on May 10 for two of only six concerts that beloved pop-rockers Journey will be playing this year.
The dates, scheduled for Sept. 27 and 28 at Hard Rock Hotel Casino Atlantic City, are part of a mini-tour the group that helped pioneer the “power ballad” format has arranged as a run-up to a nine-show Las Vegas residency that begins Oct. 9.
There is no word yet on what music the brief road trip, which also includes an Oct. 1 stop at Sands Bethlehem, will feature, but it’s a fairly safe bet the set list will include such signatures as “Wheel In the Sky,” “Lights,” “Don’t Stop Believing” and “Lovin’ Touchin’ “Squeezin’.”
