A whiskey dinner at Ocean Resort? Rye not?
Villain & Saint inside Ocean Resort Atlantic City is hosting the four-course (plus hors d'oeuvres) Michter’s Bourbon/Rye Dinner Thursday, January 24 at 7 p.m.
The menu includes the opener of pickled quail egg, followed by pheasant saltimbocca with speck ham and quince jelly, crispy sage and pink peppercorns. The third course is Scuna Bay salmon with parsnip puree. Tea and cinnamon smoked duck with foie gras dirty rice and roasted Asian pear comes next, with fried drunken chocolate truffle for dessert. Each course is accompanied by a custom cocktail made with Michter’s spirits.
