We had four individual Philly Props in Saturday’s Sixers-Raptors Game 1. We lost the one we always lose (anything on Ben Simmons) and won the other three by 1.5 points (JJ Redick), 0.5 assist (Jimmy Butler) and 0.5 assist (Kyle Lowry).
That’s what I call playing with house money.
Redick has already shaken off his worst half of the series (0-for-4) and Butler and Lowry are gonna just keep doing what they do, so we are jumping right back up on those three horses in Game 2.
@JTFOz points out the Raptors are on a 6-0 ATS first-quarter spread run in the postseason. They won it by eight Saturday, but had to shoot 73% -- 80% on two-pointers -- to do so. Not sure they are going to do that again.
The Sixers are getting 2.5 in the first 12 minutes in Game 2. I am going to go a little with that and a little less to win the quarter.
Pick: JJ Redick Over 15.5 Points (-120)
Pick: Jimmy Butler Over 3.5 Assists (-150)
Pick: Kyle Lowry Over 7.5 Assists (-125)
Pick: Sixers First Quarter +2.5 ($3/109)
Pick: Sixers Win First Quarter ($2/+155)
