NBA Player Prop Best Bets for Wednesday, March 13
We have a loaded 9-game NBA slate tonight, with 6 of the 9 games featuring a spread of 4 points or less. ESPN has a double-header tonight that kicks off with the Nuggets at the Heat (+4) at 7:30 PM EST, followed by the Lakers at the Kings (+3) at 10:00 PM EST.
We've broken down the entire slate to identify our four favorite player prop bets from the slate
G De’Aaron Fox (SAC)
Over 28.5 PTS (-102 at FanDuel)
Fox heads to Hollywood tonight to match up against the Lakers, a squad he’s dropped 30+ points in four of their last five outings including a 44-point performance last week.
Coming off a 29-point game at home last night, look for De’Aaron to start his road trip off with a big performance against the Lakers, who have struggled to defend lead guards all season long.
G Cade Cunningham (DET)
Over 35.5 PRA (-110 at BetMGM)
Cade has averaged nearly 38 RPA in his last five games while shooting the rock at extremely solid percentages post-ASB. In two games against Toronto this season, the third-year guard has averaged exactly 36 RPA while shooting 55% from beyond the arc. Toronto has allowed the most APG and 2nd-most PPG over their last three outings, so we like this matchup for Cade.
G Tyrese Haliburton (IND)
Over 0.5 DD (-280 at FanDuel)
Although the Pacers are coming off a back-to-back, winning a huge matchup against the Thunder, we are looking for Haliburton to drop another double-double tonight against the Bulls.
Chicago is in the bottom five in APG allowed over their last three at 31.0 and has also had a struggle defending lead guards this season. Tyrese has cooked them in two games, averaging an astounding 16.5 APG against a more offensive-minded team and backcourt.
Averaging nearly 2 more APG against Eastern Conference foes, this is a great matchup for Tyrese to find his Pacer shooters.
G Cam Thomas (BKN)
Under 5.5 RA (-110 at BetMGM)
Cam Thomas might be bet on as a scorer in tonight’s duel against the Magic, but due to Orlando’s top-tier defense, look for Thomas to be limited as a rebounder and playmaker. In five games off two days of rest, Thomas averages over 27 PPG but under 4 RA.
Although he had a solid outing against Orlando in their first matchup this season, look for Jalen Suggs and Anthony Black to be contributors shutting the spark plug off.
