If you read my post yesterday, you’ll recall I advised bettors to make the Seattle Storm moneyline their meal, and the -6.5 their dessert. I would like to apologize to everyone for giving them food poisoning.

Las Vegas Aces at Indiana Fever, 1 pm Eastern
The Pick: Indiana +12.5 (-105)
These two teams are in different classes, to be sure. But there’s something off about Las Vegas. The Aces are 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games, and in their last seven games on the road. Indiana continues to play hard. They’re 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games and have only lost one game by double-digits in that timeframe. In the last five games at home, they’re 4-1 against the spread. Laying double digits against a home team is a big step, and I’m not willing to take it here.
Los Angeles Sparks at Connecticut Sun, 7 pm Eastern
The Pick: Connecticut -10.5 (-110)
A run-back of Thursday night’s game, where Connecticut truly did a disservice to me and the cause of running up the score for spit by only beating Los Angeles by four points, 76-72. Well, they have another chance to make it right today. The Sun the Sparks lead in every major statistical category except for steals. Thursday’s game was the first home game in seven where the Sun haven’t won by double-digits. The Sparks have two more road games on this trip before they get to go back to Los Angeles. I think they gave their good effort on Thursday, and tonight Connecticut cruises.
Dallas Wings at Washington Mystics, 7 pm Eastern
The Pick: Dallas +2 (-110)
(sigh) Dallas has won the last two matchups against Washington and is 8-2 against the spread in the last 10 games between the squads. The Wings are 8-3 against the spread on the road. Tina Charles is out for the Mystics; Elena Delle Donne is questionable… I mean…(sigh)
